Schedule for this week

How did last week go?

You know I could feel the difference on Saturday when I did the full 3 miles!
(Yesterday though I felt really good)

This week we will not add much distance but focuas on time, try to jog/run one minute faster on each mile.

Monday run 1.5 miles
Tuesday cardio
Wednesday run 2.0 miles
Thursday run 2.5 miles
Friday off
Saturday run 3 miles
Sunday Yoga or cardio
